Production Association «Nachalo» is Russia’s leading enterprise in manufacturing of spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The company is founded in 1989. Social responsibility

Manufactured products range includes about 200 items: brake pads and shoes, clutch discs, and vehicle body parts. Products of the company received experts’ recognition as several times winners of the Automotive Component of the Year contest at MIMS Automechanika.
Brake pads and shoes. The company produces brake pads and shoes for most vehicle models made by Russian auto manufacturers. Use of a state-of-the-art automated assembling technology and technical characteristics inspection stations guarantee reliability of brake parts.
Clutch discs. The product range includes clutch discs for most models of Russian automobiles. Both traditional assembled clutch hub design and original flange forming technology are used in order to significantly improve firmness and life time of the discs. Inspecting and balancing of pressure plates is made on advanced balancing equipment by Tirra.
Body parts. The company is a leader among Russian aftermarket automotive body parts producers. Its range includes more than 100 different parts: hoods, fenders, engine shields, grille support panels etc. Maximum compatibility of parts with an original body is achieved through mathematical modelling of pressing tools and dies and quality inspection of manufactured parts on state-of-the-art coordinate measuring machines.
