CJSC«СARDAN»—is one of the most modern enterprises of automobile branch of Russia. CJSC « СARDAN » is based in 1998 year. The enterprise makes the most important knot of transmission of the car — a cardan shaft. In all cars of a classical and all-wheel drive number of JSC «AVTOVAZ» are used only spare parts «Lada» from CJSC « СARDAN ».
Besides, shaft for a wide range of special purpose vehicles are issued: from the car of the Russian prime minister to cross-country vehicles. Also cardan shafts in sports option for the all-wheel drive cars participating in rally raids are made. Special SUVs with cardan shafts from СJSC «СARDAN » visited the North Pole and the Cold pole in Siberia. Annually СJSC «СARDAN» passes the international certification of quality confirmed with all relevant documents; at the moment it is ISO 9001:2009. Letters of thanks from the management of «AvtoVAZ», «Izhmashavto», area and the city government were received repeatedly. The management of plant realizes the strategy directed on quality providing and competitive capacity of production, rapid response to market requirements. Continuous work on modernization of operating production and development of the most current technologies is conducted. There are new models of cardans with the improved technical characteristics; additional resources of control and protection of quality are entered. «СARDAN» shafts with the constant-velocity universal ball joint are already in production and October 2012 being supplied delivery to the conveyor of the main consumer of this type of production (CJSC «GM-AVTOVAZ») will begin. Cardan drives production for light trucks of JSC «GAZ» «GAZel» are mastered.
The main partners of the company are: JSC «AVTOVAZ», СJSC «JV Dzhi Em — AVTOVAZ», СJSC «Izhmash», СJSC «VIS. Car assembly plants of Kazakhstan, Ecuador, Egypt and Uruguay also use for Lada assembly spare parts of CJSC «СARDAN». For plant production distribution in the open market were chosen official partners: LLC «AlevLada» and LLC «Magna PKF».
