Kama Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster (INNOKAM) is the main point of economic growth in Tatarstan Republic. Industry cluster specialization — oil and gas processing and petrochemistry, automotive industry. Cluster participants are carried out more than 100 joint projects. On the cluster territory produces about 45% of synthetic rubbers, every fourth truck and every second truck tire.

The number of INNOKAM cluster participants is more than 250 companies, including such as KAMAZ, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, TAIF-NK TANECO, Petrochemical Complex Tatneft, Special Economic Zone «Alabuga», Ammonium. INNOKAM unites such enterprises as castings of various metal types, mechanical and thermal treatment of products, processing of plastics and rubbers, and much more in the chain from mining to the finished car.
Investment cluster projects characterized by high valueadded products, the implementation of which will allow creating more than 30 thousand high-end jobs by 2020 year, increase the volume of products shipped and value added generated in the Kama cluster in 3 times.
